Attorney at law and Notary Public
Carl-Friedrich Wendt consults in all aspects of corporate law, particularly equity and GmbH law, as well as transformation law. He advises in matters of inheritance, as well as for succession issues, and represents clients in inheritance law disputes. As a member of the Berlin Disciplinary Court and a Presiding Judge, he is familiar with the issues of the legal profession legislation.
