Daniel Wendland advises on all legal issues related to real estate. He advises landlords, especially foreign investors in the acquisition and sale, leasing and management of property, as well as in private construction law. In addition Daniel Wendland supports primarily SMEs in the design and negotiation of contracts at home and abroad.
Although Daniel Wendland sees the focus of his work as the avoidance of litigious disputes through prudent design, legal enforcement of the interests of his clients is also included in his scope of activities. Through the work of the partnership in the international network of MACKRELL INTERNATIONAL, Daniel Wendland maintains longstanding contacts with law firms around the world.
