For more than 25 years, Dr. Hebel has operated almost exclusively in private construction law, architecture and engineering law, as well as in plant engineering. His clients include medium to large sized construction companies as well as insurance companies, the public sector as well as architectural and engineering firms of all sizes. His activities range from participation in the structuring of major projects, to contract design and consulting on projects, to extrajudicial as well as judicial dispute resolution (including mediation, conciliation and national and international arbitration proceedings). Dr. Hebel was for many years an engineer chamber legal counsel and member of a committee of the Brandenburg Landtag. He has extensive experience as a mediator and arbitrator, has worked for many years nationwide as a speaker at conferences and seminars, and regularly publishes on building regulations and architectural and engineering law topics.
