For about 20 years, Ms. Engelmann has mainly been looking after commercial clients, freelance architects and engineers and the public sector in matters of private construction law, as well as in the field of architecture and engineering law. She represents clients and contractors alike, both out of court and in litigation (including mediation, conciliation and arbitration). In addition, she is also extensively involved on behalf of liability insurers in handling construction law claims. Another focus of her work is the design and/or examination of civil law contracts and representation of interests in litigation on general and specific matters of civil law.
