Carl-Friedrich Wendt provides counsel on all aspects of company law, especially in relation to public and private limited companies, as well as conversion. He advises clients on matters of inheritance law and succession management, and represents them in testamentary disputes. As a member of the Lawyers Disciplinary Panel, and Presiding Judge, he is intimately acquainted with the rules governing the legal profession.
