Dr. Frank Nagelschmidt is primarily engaged in advising medium-sized companies, in various sectors of industry, on commercial law, business law, mercantile and company law, employment law and law of contract, and on claims management. He also assists real-estate companies in legal questions involving landed property, particularly the law of freehold. Along with advising and devising, his work includes litigation for enforcement of his clients’ interests.
