Setting the goal and acting

Dr. Nikolaus Würtz specialises in comprehensive employment law counselling. He advises chiefly small to medium-sized businesses from the commercial and service sectors.

The first step in counselling consists in analysing the concrete objective in consultation with the client. The second step involves establishing and expounding the legal routes required to achieve the goal set. Dr. Nikolaus Würtz sees his fundamental task in the third step as encouraging the client to act – despite legal problems – and not to delay conflicts unnecessarily with complaints about “difficult” German employment law.

As well as direct counselling, Dr. Nikolaus Würtz conducts seminars on selected employment law issues with SES partner Götz Faude.

Thanks to his long and extensive experience, Dr. Nikolaus Würtz regularly brings his expertise to bear on claims settlement (especially in the motor-vehicle area). In addition, he represents clients in criminal and misdemeanour cases with a high degree of competence and experience extending over many years.
