As Expert Counsel for Administrative Law, Thomas Weischede is, additionally, thoroughly versed in all fields of public law. This enables him to assist his clients in realising projects involving official procedures, sovereign requirements or schemes subject to approval.

Furthermore, Thomas Weischede is intimately acquainted with all the legal aspects of Germany’s reunification and, in particular, has collaborated in numerous court proceedings on the clarification of fundamental questions of law concerning property reassignment cases or the regulations dealing with capital investment grants.
