Thomas Weischede advises clients from Germany and beyond on all questions of commercial law where it concerns the use and exploitation of property, the planning and protection of investments or the implementation and preservation of capital expenditure by companies, societies, foundations or other associations.

As Expert Counsel for Administrative Law, Thomas Weischede is, additionally, thoroughly versed in all fields of public law. This enables him to assist his clients in realising projects involving official procedures, sovereign requirements or schemes subject to approval.

Furthermore, Thomas Weischede is intimately acquainted with all the legal aspects of Germany’s reunification and, in particular, has collaborated in numerous court proceedings on the clarification of fundamental questions of law concerning property reassignment cases or the regulations dealing with capital investment grants. Providing counsel in the law governing works of art completes the array of legal services he provides for clients operating in the economic or cultural spheres.
